An Evening of Christmas Stories: The Gift of the Magi & A Fairy Tale Christmas Carol

The Gift of the Magi

By O. Henry/Adapted by Thomas Hischak
Directed by Mandy Hackman

Jim and Della are newlyweds—full of dreams for their future but not much in the way of worldly possessions.  As the hard times come, they find a way to celebrate their love for one another at Christmas.

A Fairy Tale Christmas Carol

By Flip Kobler and Cindy Marcus
Based on the book by Charles Dickens
Directed by Sarah Hankins

Ebeneezer Scrooge and your other favorites from Dickens’ classic tale get the fairy tale treatment in this delightful children’s one act play.  Be on the lookout for the Big Bad Wolf, Old King Cole, the Queen of Hearts and many others, as they help us remember what the Christmas spirit is all about.
